After going to the Findley show in 2014, I decided to make it a yearly trip, just like Haspin, Graves Mtn and the Ga rally. I even ponied up for a spot under the shed, so others that have have a little bit of stuff can sell it there, along with me.

I got to go to Findlay this year with DH and my son Marty, first time there and it was great fun, great people. Hung out with Ferro, EMD, Gimp, Kip, MWMules, Doghead, Eagle4G63, Stretch, probably others that I have suddenly forgotten. The camaraderie was awesome and the food and adult beverages were top shelf.

Kip I hope we still have a spot reserved in the tent next year!

MW, I think those wrecking ball pictures were purged from everyone's phone.......

Of course the other option would be to hang out in a parking lot...........nah!

Findlay for me you can't beat it plus I get to hang out with a bunch of buckeye boys. Sill looking for a wrecker ball picture! I have been doing shows since the 80's and it is 2nd only to the Ga rally. Next would be Iola then the KAMO.
Found One !!!!

I am waiting to hear from Mr. Garbee. If he is not going to Aberdeen I will not be going. I only go anymore for the camaraderie and the excellent food. Unfortunately Findley is a bit too far for me on my budget.

Darn, I was looking forward to going to my first MV show with my truck... Aberdeen is super close vs Findlay. But, it might be worth it for a Wilson's Burger.

I am new to the hobby. (4 years) and I only been to 3 Aberdeen shows. It's is getting smaller and smaller every year. From what I am reading the Findley show is the place to go. I am really going to try to go to the Findley show.

I pulled in to Aberdeen last year in my M1009 and asked where I should park. The guy looked at me like I was crazy for asking to park a lowly CUCV on the show field. We don't need that kind of attitude in our hobby. I'll be going to Findlay.

Findlay is the place to be. Lots of vendors lots of MV's.
A small word of advice. If you want sleep do not park by Kip, Gimp and I.
2:00 am bowling has happened.

Alright, I've heard enough. Will look into a flight. Hopefully the Buckeye contingent will provide me with necessary lodging supplies for the event.
