That's a good looking truck. It's a little hard to tell if it's Navy Gray or OD; do you know where it did service?

Do you know if they made a 4 door CUCV2? That's what I'd really like to get a hold of.
Also, are the CUCV2 systems electronic where the older CUCV were mechanical?

They did. Look at post #4 for pics. As far as electronics, they do have the troublesome DS4 pumps but many of their inherent problems have fixes.

Well I saw this one and just figured I needed another project. Also it gave me an excuse for a cross country road trip with my wife. Looks like it’s going to need a transmission but the odometer shows 18,000 miles. It looks pretty complete at least all the military parts are still there anything else can be found at the junkyard.Looks like it’s going to need a transmission but the odometer shows 18,000 miles.

Nice score on the CUCV-II. I thought about it for a few days. But just needs to much work for me right now.

I wish you all the luck on restoring it. It will be a lot of work.

Did anyone get the one on GSA out of Riverside back on 2/07/18? It looked good but the steering column was in pieces. I missed the auction by 5 minutes. aua
