Looks like you are "MAKING A SILK PURSE OUT OF A SOW'S EAR !!!!" It is nice to save some old iron from the scrappers who just look at the weight ticket . Once some old iron is gone it is gone for good. I was in the right place at the right time to hear about 4 B Model Mack trucks that were going to the junkers and I made an offer and bought them. One Dump "Old Blue" we drove home after a pull start from setting 10 years. One rare sleeper cab Mack Tractor ran after some tinkering. One donor truck with a bad crank has saved another Mack tractor with bad head and piston. One Mack tractor was a LST with aluminum cross members and spring hangers and may be put back on the road some day. Old Blue the single axle dump truck will stay mine along with my Deuce and 5 Ton. Been busy putting parts back on last few weeks.
Got rid of the cheesy steering wheel and transfer case lever

Front drive shaft put back in.

Drive side fender

Battery box

Air box

Passenger fender

Front end back together

I still have a few things to do on it. I want to rebuild the pto before put that on. I have no headlights or turn lights. I need to trace the wiring to find the bad ground.

Got the spare tires and rims unloaded from my other truck and the s250 shelter loaded today.

Once I heard that engine roar, I just knew I had to save it. It was in pretty good shape or than the front end being smashed.

Put some troop seats in today. Wood is pretty beat, will put new wood on this spring. Have few a few things to do to get back on the road this spring. Have a bad brake switch on one of the air packs to replace once it warms up. Some how manged to nail something with drivers side axle boot that has only been on for 40 miles. Need to put new seals in the pto and install. Still need to install the spin ons and muffler.
