If you search with google for PVC flooring wine case, you will find something that suits you. A link to my flooring wan't help, because shipping from Bavaria to Tennessee "might" be a bit expensive -

I am still having trouble finding anything similar here in the US can you contact the place you bought it and see if they have a US supplier?
