Jim,
I am not actually going to PayPal to look up the donor amounts and dates. PP sends me an email every time the account gets money. I save all of those emails. Some of them got misfiled or something obviously. Thanks for your suggestions.

I want to thank all again for thier input on answering every quetion I have posted. I know It has to cost somebody somewhere something, just to keep the site up and running. I hope to be able to add as much input as the best of You as time goes by. I would ask that anyone uses this site as much as I do to give something. Even if it's only a few dollars, it adds up. I waited till I had more to spend, I should have done it sooner $10.00
