how long would it take you to weld it up tho? i know my time is worth money so if it takes 2-3 days to fab it up whats that worth to you? i have been on your side and have realized somethings initially seem more expensive but are a lot less in the grand scheme of things
i would think you could almost buy one from somewhere in europe, ship it there and still be cheaper than having someone fab you one up. they can be bought for here in the states for $200-400 usually
Hemtt wheels weigh about 170 pounds each but have less backspace. They do not rub with 53" wheels. Combat wheels are lighter but i have heard they sometimes rub do to more back spacing, someone correct me if i am wrong. I prefer the hemtt wheels, i like the look and how stout they are

Jay, have you thought about chopping a 10-12 section of the bed up to the gooseneck ball? that way you can get your gooseneck set in the frame rails above the rear tandem or so to get the weight on the wheels. you could hinge that section you chop so all you do is flap it over when you use it...

no i havent... i was going to just get the paint code and have a local paint shop mix some up for me... im just tired of this faded yellow-tan carc. nothing ever matches it even close

I cant seem to find it anywhere, but how much should a complete vinyl insulated soft top sell for complete with the window frames and bows? I know prices are everywhere for the tops but what about a complete setup?

soni is a busy man. he met up with me today to pick up a couple fmtv wheels for himself and some tires/wheels for another member. looks like he has been all over nm the last few days
