What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Mine looked like that, but mine were wired opposite of each other so that when one was dim the other was bright!

    M923a2 air question

So if my primary tank is the only one bleeding down while I hold the peddle down and I can hear the air rushing in the stack, is this more likely the Q2 valve or the diaphrams in the rear? This thread kinda went down the testing (colas) path and got off the fixing the problem that already was...

I have the same problem. The primary side leaks down and we can hear it in the stack. The primary means it is in the rear wheels correct?

M923 air actuated wiper motor question.

So after futzing with this for two hours, I discovered.....wait for it.....that the air lines going in to the motor were reversed. I reversed the air lines and now it works fine. It is now plumbed opposite of what the passenger side is which doesn't make sense to me, but it is functioning...

    1987 m923a1 fuel can question

Which can is most appropriate for my m923a1s fuel can? Should it be Metal or plastic. I remember black water cans but seldom saw green plastic fuel cans when I was in (86-89) but I wasn't a truck driver.

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Finished hand sewing the front edge of my 923s roof. Used two glovers needles and saddle stitched her on up. Masked off and painted the interior of my truck with wsucougarx's recipe for Behr paint and a Wagner spray gun. The lack of spray pattern and volume control on the Wagner made it a bit...
