That looks good. What was the weight difference per wheel? Did your track width change at all? Are they still double beadlock?

Are the windshields going to be custom cut to size? Did you gain any overall height on the cab? I have been wanting to do this same thing but couldn't figure out the best way to do the door seals and hinges. It's good to see there's an easy method out there.

Did the ride height change much? Or rather how much up and down travel would you have if set to the stock height? I want to do this same thing but from what I've seen it lifts it quite a bit. Good for monster trucking, bad for RV'ing. I had an old timey semi driver neighbor that swore the wedge...

My M925 feels a bit jittery too. Best way to fix it would be to drop an axle and put air-ride front and rear. I'm hoping that'll fix the ride on mine at least.

There exists bare BAE Caiman chassis' for sale right now that include lots of good pictures of the setup. I had the opportunity to pick up a Merritor IRS assembly and was looking into what it would take to put it under the front of my truck. The steering box would have to get moved and idlers...
