    M101A3 leg dissasembly

M101A3 jack is a weird design, it is supposed to be replaced whole if something breaks. Gears are accessible for lubrication, but the corkscrew is completely encased and cannot be lubricated, truly a mind-boggling "feature".

    M101A3 leg dissasembly

They do look like these on the pic, but no slots or holes for a roll-pin can be seen. I'll check again. I presume these are not blind pins, so hole, in general, should exist through the entire piece?!

    M101A3 leg dissasembly

Does anyone know how to disassemble the landing leg from M101A3 trailer? It is stuck and I wanted to disassemble and fix it, but besides removing the top cap I do not really know how to proceed. Gears appear to be press-fitted to shafts, but they won't budge at all, like they cross-pinned. Any...

    MEP002A cylinder numbering

When adjusting valves on MEP002A, there are A and B marks on the flywheel. Which is the cylinder A? One closer to blower, or the other one? Thank you OG

    Wisconsin Robin Diesel Genset

Looks like NWIOWA is the only one who has one . I found that electric portion corresponds closely but not entirely, to one on Baldor's diesel gensets. Manual is available from Baldor's web site, it is good at least as a spare parts manual for electrical portion. OG

    Wisconsin Robin Diesel Genset

I was able to obtain manuals from Robin for engine part. Engine on this genset is slightly modified DY-27 type. User's manual is downloadable from Robin's Japan web site and service and parts manuals I obtained from Robin USA. Calling their fulfillment center was useless. Could never talk to...

    Wisconsin Robin Diesel Genset

I believe there are two fuel lines on the tank, feed and return. Both must be opened during operation and both are supposed to be shut during non-operation. I have hard time locating manual for this unit. Does anyone have it? Calls to Robin Fulfillment Center provided in this thread are...

    CARC or Gillespie

Thank you guys. I wear mask (real mask, not dust mask) when sanding and I would wear it for painting as well, although I may ask someone to do painting for me, simply because I have no proper painting facilities nor equipment to do it. Priming the metal spots before paintng the entire trailer...

    CARC or Gillespie

I purchased recently M101A1 trailer from GL. I do not have time nor money to strip the old paint to the metal, so I was thinking about using the steel brush (coarse full-twist wires)to remove old loose layers and rust and then repaint it. Given that old paint will not be stripped to the metal...
