I am thinking about buying a Harbor Freight 2K power inverter see below:
2000 Watt Continuous/4000 Watt Peak Power Inverter
I would like to use this on my M1009 while engine is idling for short periods 2 -3 hours at night. I think it would be nice to not drag my generator and I like the idea of...
I put in the manual switch and it's running again.
I hold the switch for 15-20 seconds, hope this is the right time.
I would also like to get my card repaired by 1stSarge, send me your info please.
My options are:
Buy another card, not sure of price.
Repair card, not sure if anyone here can fix it yet.
Put in a manual switch to heat the glow plugs?
Here is a pic of the other side of the card, if it can be repaired I'm happy to pay.

I checked continuity of glow plugs and it passed. I then yanked my card to discover this, argh! http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s62/raf32/glowplugcard.jpg?t=1297118811
How do I put a manual switch to heat the glow plugs, there is no way I don't want to pay an arm and a leg for a card.
I'm going to replace my Glow Plug Relay tomorrow and I want to make sure that the one that is in there now is the correct one. Does everyone's GP relay look like this?

I've noticed that my M1009 has been taking longer to start 5-10 seconds when left overnight. I cycled the glow plugs twice before turning over and it's not firing up.
Can anyone give me a starting point? The engine is turning over quick enough, very fast actually, but not firing up all the...
As some of you know ive had some starting/charging problems. I took the positive and negative bus posts off and thoroughly cleaned all terminals and posts. I discovered that the 3rd ground post had a loose and dirty connection. After cleaning it, she cranked over like a raped ape. thanks to...
I am still having my battery/charging issues here is where I'm at with my M1009 charging/starting problem:
Unhooked both batteries and charged them to full separately and when I installed them, the vehicle still turned over slow and would not start.
The loca shop says my drivers side alt is...
