I just bought the same from Auto zone. Have the same markings , the box said Ac Delco 60G and I put them in works great . The ones that came out said the same thing on them. Sounds like you should be fine . Check them with an Ohm meter should read .5 Sgt Haas USMC/0311 / M1009

I like the idea, I have some green canvas from an old GP tent I want to do the same with. Like to see how yours comes out.

Check your pos. & neg. distribution point on the firewall. Clean and tighten up and if possible add di-electric to it . I have had similar experiences.

I just bought a simple mount from an auto store and came with a plastic light housing . ($15) wired to the running light. Works great
