Today we finished up the floor. First we sealed the rust and then started to seal the bottom from water with roof sealant. Then down went the metal. We even managed to get a little body work done!

I was planning on replacing the sheet metal, put a wood subfloor in and then put some laminate in.

This weekend I finally got around to taking out the rusted floor. What a job!

So, we finally made it back about 11 PM. The "M109" ran flawlessly the whole 900 mile round trip. The chase vehicle was not so cooperative. Now the rehab begins. The exterior of the box is pretty solid. There are a few small holes and seams that need sealed. But unfortunately the floor is...

Well, we are behind schedule. Murphy struck again, the alternator on the chase vehicle took a crap. So we are now at autozone awaiting parts. But I did get a pic of the 109.
