The 4l80e np 205 t case adapter was only used in the 1991 v3500 models. The 400 adapter you have will not work. The 91 model 205 case also had a speed sensor on the tailshaft - so your tranny will shift properly - even when in 4 wheel drive. This adapter and case is very hard to find. You can...

I used a gm serpentine belt kit when i did my swap. The powersteering pump from a 1993 k3500 with 454 works /fits best - you can use your excisting powersteering hoses with this pump set-up. I ran a carb but if i had a choice would of went with tbi for sure

The spicer hubs are the best when installed correctly -
