I agree. When i got my 2000 802a with 22 hours, i had it sitting on two 2x6's with harbor freight casters. When running, everything rang like a bell incuding the jiggling lift rings. Once i sat it down on its genpad of crushed #2 gravel, it purrs like a kitten and all jiggling rattling is gone...

When i pulled my injectors on my 002a, one washer stayed in the head, the other stuck to the injector. I thought dor sure that someone screwed up somewhere with the missing washer. It wasn't until it was time to remove the heat sinks and clean the parts up did i find the washer encrusted with...

They should be removed and reannealed. Heat them with a till they glow a dull red, then let cool on their own. Ready again.
