    mep804a has no output

They are not labeled per se` but the AC Contactor is under the RIGHT TOP Cover when looking at the control panel (Above the output lugs (where you put your power feed lines))

    Locking fuel cap

Ohh and a large pair of channel locks or a screwdriver will get a locking fuel cap off pretty quickly....Honestly don't waste your money.

    Locking fuel cap

An easy way to prevent someone from stealing fuel or dropping something in is to have a very large pair a channel lock pliers and tighten up the cap so it can not be easily unscrewed by hand.... Don't over think it or over engineer it. Heck all they need is a crescent wrench and pull the drain...

    M923A1 Heater

The A2 motors run cold anyways so those of us in cold areas usually need to put on a "winter front" which basically is the same thing as putting cardboard in front of the radiator to block the air flow. Image is from member Jatonka who sells them on his website

My first guess would be that you have a QRV (Quick Release Valve) that is leaking or a Axle seal

    MRAP Lighting on M925A2

That's why when I do mine I plan on placing them further under the bed but this is what gave me a clue on how to accomplish the side mounts.

    MRAP Lighting on M925A2

From a fellow FB user. here is a Curb & Street side mounting option for our cargo trucks. And another Spotlight mounting location option for those who don't run cargo covers

Vehicle is not as described on Gov Planet

The images show the shift tower & winch controls on a NHC-250 bulkhead mounting which would not be a 8.3 A2 truck but then they do have images showing a turbo and the IP for a 8.3 so I think they have images mixed up from 2 different trucks..... Should be able to get them to at least...

Vehicle is not as described on Gov Planet

Contact them and most likely you can get a full refund since it was never taken possession of and does not have the motor that was listed (IE the ad for it showed a 8.3 engine?) if the pictures of the truck show a 8.3 then you have a good chance of getting a refund Post the link to the truck...
