Yes that is pretty normal for a cold start. Your next vid shows it totally cleaned up when the engine was up to temp and carrying a load so I wouldn't be concerned

You can also charge the 24v banks batteries by connecting a 12v charger Pos to Pos and Neg to Neg on the SAME battery (according to the batteries posts NOT according to the colors on the cables!) just like you would a regular car battery.
