    That "control panel" that is mounted on the trailer next to the Gen set looks to be what is commonly known as a breakout/spider box there should be like two connections on the backside where other power cables connect that feed breaker panels.

    If your motor was rebuilt/Overhauled you should find a tag such as this: If the transmission is replaced/rebuilt it too should have a tag showing when it was done.
