For you Assuming that its the bridge I think it is that connects to W Mercury Blvd.

I know this is very short notice but I figured I would put it out there to see if any one was interested.
On October 13th Langley AFB's Maintenance Professional of the Year committee is putting on the Stars and Stripes Car Show. I am not sure how many years they have done this, other than it...
It was nice to meet you as well, I hope to see you there next year. Maybe than I'll have bought a new vehicle so I won't have to worry to much if my truck gets a little damaged.
 My truck is the broken down truck in picture number 8. The transmision cooler line has come loose and leaked transmition fluid all over the place. A quick tightening of the fitting to fix the leak and refill of fluid and I was back in business. I have made it home no problems[thumbzup]
From those pictures it does not look to bad. I'd say That even if it has some serious problems you could probably pull off $1000 worth of parts off of it as replacement parts for your next one.
Sorry to here that, you PCSing?
Since I know that I can go any one else interested in convoying there? Even If you are not in the Hampton area, but between it and Graves Mountian. We could set up a few rally points with the people farthest south start heading up and through those rally points...
So yesterday I was driving to work and my throttle broke. Since my truck is my daily driver I needed to get it fixed ASAP. Because no auto stores carried the part in stock around here I came up with a simple solution that allowed me to drive the truck. Firs I cut away the insulation to expose...

Well it looks like I will have a good break in the weather so I painted the hood to see how it turns out. Now hoping the weather predictions are right and will get 5 days of sunny weather.
Attached is the before and after shot, It will eventually need a second coat but even as is it's a great...
Here is an idea for those affected. Stencil a strong message on the side of your truck. Something dealing with the military or government would make the truck part of the message (For example “If you do not support are troops you are a traitor to this country”, or “The US military has protected...
I've got an CUCV M1009. You probably can't tell me any more than I already know since it still has its old battalion stenciled on it, but who knows maybe you could tell me who it belonged to prior

I was hoping to get at least my hood repainted this weekend to growing areas of minor surface rust. I bought everything I need and am ready to go. Unfortunately it rained today and it looks like most of the week it may rain so the behr paint would not have time to dry. Guess I'll have to wait...
