Dutch DOT Is worse then NY DOT?? WOW :cookoo:Shows what I know. :( I never thought that possible. ( well never thought that over seas would that bad ). Live and learn. How about Insurance? Here they want you to have over a Million dollar one for dump trucks.
5 Ton
At one time I owned I guess s what they called a mast luncher? It had pipe with collars welded on ether and and you
put it in this thing and cranked it up. Got another tube, locked it on and cranked it up. It had cables to hook to it to steady it
as you got higher. There was 2 of them in...
Why I have one? Check out the picture to the left. WHY NOT !
It started out to be a father n son project. Now it is a father project. He moved to find work.
AND I burn fuel. :driver::jumpin::drool:[thumbzup]
When I did mine, ( hence the nick ) I used low range and 1st gear. Pulled it out the gate. It was in the day time and the smoke rolled. It was exhibiting only because it was way out side the rules of the pull. Did it for 4 years in a row. ( wish I had some picture now ) Last year the sled guy...

If anyone is selling please PM me. Gilbert is a great place to me. Thanks
Looking for the rear right side stab pocket that are on the 5 ton wreckers. Front winch chain and the glad to hook...
I do the same. If I sold it my son would disown me. The wife would divorce me. Next doors kids would ?? I could only imagine. I think I will keep it. Maybe get aother one just to keep the peace.
I think most of the axles are the same on those 5 ton tailors. Take one of the other wheels apart and get the numbers off of them. once you get that a parts house ( most likely a truck one ) will be able to get you what you need.
There are many ways to get it a little quieter. One guy I know moved it to the back by the rear wheels. Here is what I did. There was a lot of others that did it to. These trucks where build with the young and slim in mind. ( I am not that slim ether ) Here is the other tread...
Like what was said, These where made for the young. This most of us are not. ( me included ) The health thing is far the better way to go but not always the practical to all of us. ( me included ). At 52 and 238 lbs. It would not hurt to drop some more. :deadhorse: For those that have lost good...

About 4-5 weeks ago there was a pallet of draw bars in a GL lot. I seem to remember that it was in VA, NC or SC but could be wrong on locaton. In fact, someone posted a picture of them asking what they were. This...
