Easy way to grt more air flow in is to flip the top of the air cleaner over and put it back on. This will make a lot of air noise in the cab thow.

Has anyone ever heard of a diesel fueled heater for the cab of a M1009? My brother said there was one that was part of the arctic kit that plumbed in to the diesel lines and feed the a unit in the cab? :-)

My M1009 will easly spin the tires in gravel and i am running 33x 12.50 procomp mt. I also have a bradnew ip pump and lift pump so. :lol:

Does depressing the gas pedel before you start set the high idle, or should you start the truck then set the high idle? I have been starting the truck then bumping the pedel to get it on high idle and then waiting for it to kick back down .:-D

No i have not had anything apart from the dash. But i do have other dash problems like intermitant dash lights. Not all of them but some. I checked all the outside bulbs they are all light and blinking when i turn the signals on.

Started the M1009 up this morning and turned the lights on to find the passenger side turn indecator on solid. Turned that signal on and it blinks. Turned it back of and it stays light. Let the truck warm up and put it in gear to back out and it whent off. Stoped to get fuel and shut everything...
