Not sure, but I'll post the picture. I made a little bracket and just bolted it to the side there.
I did some digging in my amazon account history and found what is was.
It is a " ACI 199600 Universal Washer Pump Kit"
It was cheap and it is easily mounted and wired in.
Photos of the bumper with the front hole cutout. There is a small piece underneath still joining the sides. I cut it out with an air cutoff wheel.
And again with the roller fairlead cover put on it.
It could have been dont somewhat more neatly, but you only get one try.
I post these pictures every time I read about the fuel pump issue again.
This pump with the straight arm is the correct pump.
This pump with the bent arm is the wrong pump.
I did the same deal with a harbor freight 12k winch mounted upside down to the winch plate bolted to the upper lips of the front frame. I cut out the area in front of it on the stock bumper, and trimmed the winch plate to fit. I had to weld up a couple of holes in the plate, but it turned out...
It depends. The engine is pretty loud compared to modern diesels. We would really have to hear a recording of it to even begin to guess what could be wrong. Even then, noises are hard to pick up.
Do what I did and just use gasket maker on it. I could never get my thermostat gasket to seal with the paper gasket. Just a little bit on the housing flange with no gasket and it cured my seepage.

I bought this seal kit when i had to replace my front case half. It had everything. Careful about removing the...
That is correct. You will need to turn the crank bolt clockwise and rotate the engine over with a big ratchet. If you can turn it and have a helper holding the rod in the bore, they can tell you when its up and to stop.
You could bump the starter with everything out of the hole, and just try...
If you turn on the headlights and the turn signal indicator lights, you have a poor ground on the headlight or marker light circuit, and it's back feeding through that bulb to find a good ground. I had the same problem and cleaning all the grounds fixed it...
You want the pump with the straight arm, not the one that has a little bent portion in it. The one with the kink in the pump arm is wrong and won't develop pressure properly.
You can get a set of door lock cylinder from an Advance Auto for about 20 bucks. I did that locally and there was one in stock. I don't know how far you are from the Advance Auto at 8445 A-ANNAPOLIS ROAD, but they are showing to have a set of door lock cylinders in stock.
On page 8-11 in the -34 TM it goes into the steps it needs to go back on. It mentions a bearing retainer, indexing the slots and a retaining clip. Ive never had mine apart so I really cant give you and firsthand knowledge or tips, but check that page and it might help. The TM section has them...
I use a set of POWER KING SUPER TRACTION LT tires on a second set of stock size 16 inch steel wheels for off road driving. They are only offered in size 9.00 r16. I needed to trim the inner fender lower corners a bit, but it is no trouble off road with no lift. They aren't perfectly round, and...
