Nice work.
I was thinking last night when I was driving my M109 on the interstate that I need some of your gears. The wind was behind my back, and I was actually staying with traffic easier, instead of being a huge road block. Your gearing would be nice so for times like that, I am worried...
I sent my EUC for a M105a2 on Friday, and by Friday afternoon it was sent to BC. I was impressed with that. Now I hope PIF happens faster then the 100+ days of my M109
Ring is on the other side. Should be no danger here.
If that is just the lip of that one rim bent, I would probably dismount the rim from the tire, and heat the rim and hammer it back into place.
The window cranks comes off real easy with a thin rag or shirt like you said. Putting it back on is even easier. You put the clip on the crank, then just pop the crank back onto the shaft, the clip will spring out, then snap back in place.

Should have taken a multimeter or battery tester along, and checked your batteries first.
I would first, check the voltage at your batteries. Make sure they are charged. Then check all your cables, especially down on the starter. While trying to start it, check the voltage of the...
Farm Store, Hardware store, race shop? When I go to the chain parts stores, I wish I could just go to their parts shelves and find what I need myself. When you do not have a specific Make/Model/Year to give them, they do not have a clue on what to do.
Got to love things that come from fan boys.
I am not a "Ford" man, or a "Chevy" man. I have owned both, but currently just have 3 Fords. My 93 E40D must be a POS as I had to rebuild that tranny at 406k. My 91 Bronco has 160k on a E40D, and my Superduty has 325K on the 4R100. All but...
Have him file a claim anyways. Claim a fair price for a replacement. I included a link to a dealer that was selling the item I was missing.
Granted I did this before I removed it from the base, but it can not hurt to give it a try.
Yes, and should be before throwing parts at it. Disconnect the relay, and check continuity between the lugs (at the relay) where the red wire, and the solid purple wire connected. If you have any continuity there, the contact is stuck.
If there is no continuity, you could have jarred the...
