Yessir. I remember it being taller, but will the hinge pins line up and will it fit width-wise? I thought there was something different about the dropside ends...i can't remember. Thanks.
I purchased some good troop seats and some dropside bed sides in Central Kansas (Lincoln county). I am planning to go there and pick them up in March since I have other plans in that area. However, I'd like to get them sooner if possible. If anyone is going that way and has some empty space on a...
You are to be commended for acknowledging this issue, being honest about it, and wanting to do right by your reputation and whoever buys your truck! That right there would make me feel comfortable buying something from you. I have seen lots of M35s with questionable pedigrees and much less...
The Answer is simple! Simply remove the top, fold the windshield down and wear those aviator goggles like Snoopy!!!:D
On the serious side, I feel your pain. I'm only 6 foot, but I have long legs (40 inch inseam). Seeing out the windshield is not a huge problem, but squeezing under the...
You are correct! I am lucky that I was in the process of shifting from first to second when it blew...barely moving. Most of the time, my truck never gets to road speed. It is used exclusively for farm use and the closest it has gotten to road speed is the 1 mile of gravel between farms.
You are correct! that tire probably never should have been on the steering axle...my fault. I used the loader to lift it because it was loaded. I didn't want to put a jack under the axle and put the truck in a twist with the weight on it. Probably would have been fine, but why try it...loader...
Saturday I was hauling fill rock and concrete from my demolition project to the neighbor's washouts. Earlier in the day, he told me that my right front tire looked low. I pulled up to his shop and he put air in. I later found out that he put about 65 PSI in. I have been carying about 45 lbs in...
Cattle Rancher,
Nice job on both trucks. I'm originally from southern MO and moved here from the Joplin area. At one time we were running about 1400 cows. Have used all the major brands of bale beds. Dew Eze, Cannonball, Hydra-Bed. etc. With your hydraulic setup can you push the bale with an arm...
Yep! Good thing it was gravel and dirt road between loading and dumping. No DOT checkpoints! I have no idea what that old piece of crete weighed, but it sure was heavy. I'd like to know...just for bragging rights! I can promise you I won't be hauling that much again.
Super Deuce - hauling old cement!
Have been busting up old cement with the dozer and loading it with the skidloader. I got a new toy for the skidloader - a grapple! Makes loading that stuff a breeze! Hauled 8 loads up to the neighbors ( 2 miles away) to a washout that he wanted to fill in. The...
Installing remote reservoir
It's been a while since I posted anything here. That's because my wife and I just had a baby a couple weeks ago! It's been great, but as you dads know, it kinda puts everything else on hold! :D
So this weekend, I decided to install my remote reservoir from...
Subscribed!!! Just spent a half hour reading through this thread. You are doing what I wish I had the time and patience to do. Good luck. Can't wait to see the finished build.
