For sale I have a NOS Global Seating Systems air ride seat
This is a brand new drivers side seat. I believe it was for an MRAP, but will easily fit in 939 series trucks
I'm asking $400 which is what I have in it. This will only make its way to the rally if it's sold.
I have a family member who needs to move an old mobile home on his property from one side to the other. It's moving across 200-300 feet of straight, flat ground that doesn't involve going on any public roads.
A quick search of the site gives me a thread from 2007 which a couple people have...
I do have a small tractor with a front bucket that can pick it up. The only limitation is the arm on the bucket is short, so the edge of the bed rests on the tractor when it's lifted up and I can only put it on the edge of the trailer.
I have to agree that for just a registration, registering a trailer in Maine is the way to go. Like Juan said, it's super easy and cheap to register a trailer from Maine. In Louisiana, you have to get all sorts of physical inspections, prove where the trailer came from or receipts showing where...
I'm referring to the TM for the MEP-016B which is very similar to your MEP-016D, but the two manuals may vary slightly. There's a section that describes grounding and illustrates what lug to bond to ground. That's how I determined which lug is neutral. It's section 2-5.1 in the B manual.
The MEP-016 family of gensets are weird. If I remember correctly, L2 is the neutral in a 120V 1ph setup. L0 is only used in 3 phase operation. Also, beware of the connections diagrams in the TMs. They have some inaccuracies in them.
Are the bolts supposed to be torqued to 20 ft-lbs or 47 ft-lbs? The oil filter bate (spelled like the TM) mounting screws call for 20, but there's also an oil base mounting screws that call for 47.
Should I take each bolt out fully when I try this and add some blue Loctite to the threads? Will...
Ever since I bought my MEP-003, I've had an oil seepage from the area of the oil filter. The seepage is not bad and doesn't occur when the set is off. It will leak just enough oil while running over a 1 hour period to cover the tray below the filter and the frame below the oil filter in oil...
What are the details of when and where for the 4th? Obviously it's happening on the base at Shelby, but that's a big area and I'm trying to plan when I'll show up.
I'm pretty sure that I've seen that truck and that it is owned by one of the guys who rents jetskis. I believe he uses it to go drag everything out of the water.
This project's been on hold for a while, but I'm about to get started on it again. I bought some oil-based primer and paint to re-paint the tank with and I also drained the last bit of old gas out the tank.
When I picked the tail end of the tank up and dumped the rest out, it was pretty...
I had a great time as always. I'm sure the employees at the daiquiri shop are getting pretty used to seeing odd military vehicles pulling up every year, but it's still funny every year. Thanks to Tim for hosting the event and the great conversations I had with everyone.
I have one of the chargers that MidKnightBomber linked to installed on my MEP-016b. The onboard charger is dead so I use it instead. It fits perfectly in the triangular section of the frame on the front right below the control panel. It seems to work fine for keeping the 2 lawnmower batteries...
