Slick, look into STA Superlugs. They are bias ply but get good reviews. Sorta half way between an AT and a MT. Side lugs but tight center lugs. Fit stock on the stock rims.
I'm around.
Got that NV4500 in I think you said? How's that going?
Petoskey eh? Used to live in Traverse City. Don't miss the snow at all. Do slightly miss the moderate temps.
Can anyone describe the M1009's rear spring pack to me?
My K5 needs new rear springs and I have found a local who is selling NOS GM rear spring packs for M1009's that he bought surplus. Crazy cheap price.8)
He THINKS they are 5 leaves + the overload. My current springs are 4 leaf plus the...
If you want to get aggressive there are some options in the narrow 35-36" tall world. Swampers and the like. However they're less road friendly, more expensive, and heavy.

Somebody made it then. There never was a military Bronco.
GM got the contract due to being the only maker at the time that used a diesel in their light trucks and SUV's (very early 80's) and parts commonality with the HMMWV's driveline.
You can see light through any filter if you put it right on it.
You'd be better off with a K&N or regular filter in the stock housing and then creating a cold air intake setup to the OEM knock out in the core support. I did this on the M1008 I had using a combination of civy parts and a duct I...
Anything bigger than 16" = expensive.
sharecropper used split rims. Unneeded with the modern radials. HEMTT's, PLS's, MTV's etc all use 1 piece rims now.
There are a bunch of custom wheel makers out there.
