New reinforcements for the rear bumper to limit the tire carrier from sagging when swung out.

Also added a 3rd 6 degree shim on the driver side Dana 60 top of the spring to straighten out the spring plate to reduce stress on the bolts and U-Bolts. Here you can see the old bolts are bent and cracking pre 3rd shim. I’ll get those bolts replaced soon.

While building a 2002 NAVSTAR 6.5 Diesel Optimizer, I tried to find some new TTY Main Bearing Cap Bolts and couldn’t find any. GM dealer said they are discontinued. Anyone having this problem too?

I scored a set of nice vintage mag steel 16.5 rims for only $50 and the new 37” MTRs for $640. I cleaned the rims up with CLR and a scrubber pad and DAMN! They are nice! So I’m thinking… Would Camo and White Steels look good together?
