Pic video refuses to load not sure you can see fluid leaking trying to load video . Also have pics of assist cylinder which seems like it's aftermarket . Really wouldn't surprise me PO had no idea how to check any fluids pretty much put fuel in truck and drove it . Wife considers we rescued it...
Greased the 5 ton only pics are from power steering unit to m trying to diagnose those pics will be posted in that thread if they ever load up. Also worked on pulling the CTIS out cause it refused to work correctly . My next 5 ton will be a 10 wheeler M925A1 I want the NHC250 and no CTIS ...
Took the top off the pump and found the gasket not seated also took apart the breather , then I had some overspray on the assist cylinder so I polished that off . Topped the unit off with fluid and drove from the bottom driveway to the top with no issues . Will not be road testing until tomorrow...
Saturday after the parade on the way home I developed power steering issues. Seemed like it was only half working and pulling every once and a while .
Did the following .
1. Checked air pressure in front tires
2. Checked and added power steering fluid
3. After further driving found fluid...
That's an impressive showing we were the only former Military Unit out of 72 vehicles . I at least figured a FD would be running an old MV a a brush unit.

After hours of looking I finally found the TM 9-2320-272-10 3-44 to 3-52 looks like I will be attempting one tire at a time for that disaster. Looking like a whole weekend project once my arm is healed Oh Boy!
Looking in the next few weeks to go from 14r20s to 395/85/20 on new rims . Just how much will be involved to get the new wheels to work ?
Will I need to get a delete kit to block off the hubs?
