One of my starter bolts just broke and the other was tweaked at the threads so i replaced both. When i removed the starter there was no L bracket in the front, is this something found on civvy models too? i know im gonna need it to prevent this from happening again but dont know where to find...

I'm pretty sure the TC on the M1028 is a NP205 vs. the NP208 found on M1008s. My M1008 has the drivers side door off an M1028 so the tag is wrong for my vehicle otehrwise i would rocommend checking that.

I talked to some of the guys in the mess tent here and it was established that 18 gauge is too light for a lighter. they suggested a minimum of 12 gauge.
