I'm going to go ahead and probably sound like a idiot, but how do you get the starter gear out to measure the clearance with flywheel, Tm was not real clear , it did give the measurements . Shims will only bring it farther from the flywheel?
did you make those instructional videos, while you were at Holiday Inn express? haha I'm referencing the fusible tutorials you were going to make that we talked about at the ralley.

Paint shop doesn't want to use rapco, he does great work and is cheap. Home Depot says they can not match federal colors because of the system update with they're computer.
CUSTOM being the keyword on the rear leaf springs, that's where my problem lies I think possible , I'm wondering if my rear sag is from worn out leaf spring or shocks or maybe both?
Older direct drive, I believe your correct, time for a new shop. That probably is why the gen 2 light is staying on after the rebuild and multiple voltage regulators from them, incorrect parts!
I'm arguing with the guy rebuilding the starter he keeps putting 12 volt solenoid does it not have to be 24 v? Anyone know if anything I can print out.
