    Front Driveshaft

How can it be two weathered to ship if is still usable in the truck? That seems like a contradiction in the shafts nature.

    C Turbo questions

I was thinking maybe but usually I put Cummins 12v or 5.9l 12V... So when I think of the 12V it is also the Detroit Diesel 12v series. Which a 12v71 if it could fit would be a great engine.

    Water Injection

I think it can handle it. For how long, that is the question, but I've been talking to a guy who thinks 285hp from LDT is very doable in a reliable package. He even thinks 325hp for short durations is possible. You have to do a lot of things including replacing many of the bolts, camshaft and...

    C Turbo questions

12V as in 12v71 or 12volt becuase I think the 12v71 series is bit too big for the M35. The stock setup is fine but remember these parts are not exactly a bottomless production. I think we have to consider that if you want to use your truck alot you have to sacrifice some of the stock-features...

    C Turbo questions

The 15psi wasn't supposed to be an exact figure the point was why buy an inferior turbo when you could go modern and buy something so much better.

    C Turbo questions

Why do you want the C-Turbo? Personally I would want a bigger turbo and waste-gate variable preferred because it is well great to be able to alter-boost from say 5psi up to a cylinder crushing 60psi... Fun for about 30 seconds before it goes boom! But 15psi might be nice to have at times.

    Water Injection

I think Water-Injection could be great help when you're off-road and need that extra little bit of push. The modification is cheap, I've seen a system that appears to fill the bill and for like $800 you go from doing 130hp peak power to like 150-160hp with MW50 and of course it lowers EGT...

    1953 m35a2 help

Well if it is a GMC it is a gas powered truck for sure. And it is not the M35A... is not part of the M44series trucks. Instead it is a M211 truck. You'll need to find all the manuals for that truck not the M44 series trucks. I don't know where to find those off hand try Olivedrab.com they might...

    Yeah like a colonoscopy

    Has anyone actually driven a M35 20+hours?

I'm not exactly ever coming back to the region. I'm moving for a year off back home, before grad-school. So as much fun as it would be to have a passenger I think it is probably not possible. But thanks for the offer.

    Has anyone actually driven a M35 20+hours?

That is a sunday drive... I'm just not so sure how much I will love my baby when I'm deaf and achy!

Higher top speeds and better braking

You're right that increasing speed is a real problem for the brakes as it is. You would have to be a smart driver of the hot-rod M35. But you could also put an exhaust brake or jake-type brake on the truck coupled to bigger breaks possibly. And you are right about the increase in wear and tear...

Higher top speeds and better braking

I'm not sure because you've given two rpm figures and no-context. If you want to make the example clear lets talk about wheel speed and than we figure out why one is doing 60 something at 2500rpm and the other over 70 at 3000rpm. I don't know enough about what you've done to the trucks to say...

    Has anyone actually driven a M35 20+hours?

In the past year I've put 3,000 miles on the truck but it has all been local driving most trips are about 100-130miles round trip. So this is my longest journey yet, 880-920miles depending on well I navigate, my navigation skills often suck.

    Not just a plaything anymore.

Well I'll take some for you guys this weekend fully loaded with dirt... I sort of wish it was M342 so i wouldn't have to shovel out the bed.

    Not just a plaything anymore.

So I actually put the M35 in the mud. My brother thought I would never go offroad but I promised him I would help him go to free dump day that the Hardin County dump offers each year. So I drove to Hardin county from Louisville at night, it usually takes about an 1.5hrs to get my brothers house...

    Has anyone actually driven a M35 20+hours?

I get asked what I'm doing at the Kroegers and the Laundry mat a lot. I believe that people thnk the National Guard is now out sourcing to the Tan Laundry Connection on Cardinal Blvd. All because I do my laundry there and go to the library for my school work. It is funny actually, kids gap and...

Higher top speeds and better braking

Your example is a truck with an engine running 3000rpm and one with an engine running at 2500rpm of course there is going to be a top speed difference. I'm not sure what you trying to show here in this example. The simple reason for not making a M35 go faster is simply because it isn't really...

    Has anyone actually driven a M35 20+hours?

As soon as I can find some backers for it... I would also like to start Grad School... I'm thinking the University of San Diego or Stanford. I know I'll need a Class B CDL but hey I've got year off so I'll get one and drive to CA next... Imagine a M35 in private ownership in San Diego or SF...
