I was surfing HMMWVs yesterday and found a good supply for 'off road use only'. I assume there are title or DOT issues with the HMMWVs. What's the story? Can they be titled for road use (Ohio)? What are these vehicles selling for?

Ambarmy, I'm just up the road from you in Centerburg. I bought my '72 A2 from GL. A lot cheaper than the dealers, but there's a little more risk involved. Mine had no issues. Great advise from the guys so far. Stop up sometime, we'll go for a ride! Jim

I saw a program after 9/11 about the proliferation of nuclear materials. It seems that the Russians had these things scattered all across remote areas, many of them forgotten. There was even a group of guys that found one and dismantled it for scrap....not the best thing to do. They didnt't live...

I was there on Friday. I spent a lot of cash, but not on rentals. Lots to see and a lot of interesting folks. I thought about a Huey ride, but was too wiped out by the time I got back up to the parking lot.

I met Kipman at the show at Cardinal Center in July. He knows his stuff and is the kind of guy you want to by a Deuce from. As for inspection and titling, I had no problem. The inspection was nothing more than making sure the vehicle was the same one as represented in the paperwork. The BMV...
