The issues was resolved and it was a bad grounding point on the truck. I had to run the ground wire from the flasher relay to a better ground point on the frame.
With my issue I had lights when I turned the signal switch but they would not flash. If yours is not lighting up you may have...
We have taken them to some other spots and been able to get a little more flex out of them. I usually don't get any good pics like this of the frame and axle flex but was lucky enough to have family in a good photo op spot while I was going up this hill. The rear axles will flex enough to rub...
First off, yes it is very fun.
Second, yes I drop pressure before hitting the trails. Pressure depends on what else I may do that day. If I don't want to deal with airing back up for the drive home (CTIS currently inop) I will put them at about 40 pounds. If we are going on some of the...
If your other lights work I would check the brake light switch. It is a pressure operated diaphragm type switch that actuates when you press the brake pedal. I believe it is on the driver's side frame rail kind of near the fuel tank. It is a small round part that is plumbed into an air line...
Mine did the same thing and it turned out that it was just a bad ground. I personally would check the ground at the flasher relay first (the little black box under the dash by the steering column with only 3 wires coming from it). When I had that issues I was using the stock ground point with...
Finally finished wiring all my LED work lights. I have a total of 10 lights around the truck. I have one in front of each forward mud flap, one behind each rear mud flap, two on the back and 4 pointing forward and to the side.
I plan on putting either a couple more on the bumper or getting...

Besides guys... maybe he is looking to out do us 5 ton guys and go for some form of HEMTT or HET.
One thing I did notice though when mounting the lights and I was curious about. Do the front post for the gun ring usually sit lower than the rear posts? It looks like I have an inch or so difference in height with the back being higher than the front.
And to keep it clean on the install, all the wires are run along side the trucks wiring harness so I don't have random wires hanging all over the place.
They are 27w and on paper show 2170 lumens each. I was able to find them for $21.99 a pair online and got them with free shipping. Once I finish wiring up the ones on the gun ring posts I will have a total of 10 of those mounted. 4 on the bed pointing off to the sides, 2 on the back of the...
I have a dome light in the cab which is part of my overhead console I bought from Those Military Guys. Although something like an armored dome light (which I know some are for sale in the classifieds) might work for what I want in the bed. I want something to give a little bit of light in the...
