It was like that when I picked the truck up back in January. I think there is actually less now than there was back in January. Seems to only be on the top edge near the tank cover. There seems to be nothing down low when I pull up the strainer up. Regards,

When we did it the second time to make sure that there was fuel going into the primary fuel housing we did not have to move the alternator at all. Just used a 1" wrench and it came off like a charm without moving anything. Regards,
