Good advise. I studied the manual on the oil pump, seems like it can be bench measured, clearences etc. I am not sure it will come out without moving the engine off the frame. has anyone ever taken one out with the engine installed? What are the steps? Thanks

My Navy m38a1 has been running great as a daily driver for 6 months or so. Recently, oil pressure has been dropping from what was 10 or so idle to 30 or so at cruise. I don't trust the 0 to 120psi electrical military guage to be all that accurate, so it may be 15 to 35, or 5 to 25...

Hey Gang The ms8a1 in the pix is my daily driver, has been since about August. Winter in SC is mild, so the enclosure is serving very well. It would be nice to have a little more power out of the F head. ( I have an over drive) Dont need much more, 10% would make a difference...

not sure what it is, but looks like a nice little unit to charge batteries, or run radios. Good for 17 amps at 24vdc.

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the condenser you would use on an m series 24vdc system and a 12 vdc system? Can I use an autopart store condenser (12volt) in my 24volt jeep? if this is a dumb question, just shoot me.
