I had a similar rattle in my M1009 and it took me some time to track it down!
Seriously, it was the plastic knob on the passenger side seat actuator for leg adjustment. At first it was so loud; I thought I had lost a motor mount.
I just put a little duck tape on it. :lol:
My gut tells me that most, but not all, of the IP's would fail original OEM settings. Either do to military mech's or us civi's trying to get just a little more out of the 6.2.

During the install you will be doing a lot of work in area around the lower radiator hose. So removing the old hose at the time of the turbo install will make working in that area much easier.

The passenger side looks like the original and the driver side looks to be a new or rebuilt. Looks good to me.
From the pic's it looks like someone has spent sometime in that engine bay.

In Part 5 it looked like you were making your own trail. Gotta love the CARC paint in those situations.
I bought a patch kit from NAPA and it worked like a charm. It comes with pre cut strips of fiber glass and the two part epoxy.
Make sure you scuff up the plastic before applying the patch or it will fail. Also, make sure you work quickly and I mean quickly; the epoxy wants to set up...
