IROC99... I had the same troubles after getting mine home. Turns out that my main problem was the 1/4 inch line between the Filter base and the IP. If you haven't already done so, replace it ...it's a PITA.... If you have the resources and knowledge, do the the filter mod. Believe me it helps...

Ditto..the Combo will beat you up a bit, the reason people use them is if they have several different trailers that require either the Pintle or a Ball. If your only pullin pintles, go back to stock or simuliar type hitch. I use a combo, but most of my trailers have 2 5/16 ball which does cut...

OD, It's a 1500watt Kim Hot Start, P/N-326228. I've have it for quite sometime. You may be able to get one from NAPA, not sure. If not, check with your location Generator Service Company, that's what this was intended for. Follow the instructions that come with it you should be good to go...

Can you add a thermostat? I put in a 1800 watt that has a thermostat, on at 80 degrees off at 100...Works very well connected at the output of the Heater core...
