    33x10.50r15 BFG all terrain

I had them at 40psi. Brought them down to 34 to see if that would help. Looks more less the same. They are on the stock rim. Plenty wide. I called BFG and they didn't have any input other than to have them looked at by an authorized dealer (again...that's me). That's generally how the warranty...

Anyone else running the BFG at's in a 33x10.50r15 on their cucv? If you are, your input would be appreciated!! I love BfGoodrich truck tires. I have run the all terrain and the older mud terrain as well as the new mud terrain km2. Friggin awesome tires. That being said I may have an issue with...

    Spin on fuel filter mod

UPdate. This mod seems to (as of now) have fixed my issues with stalling then excessive cranking (to get it to start again ) after the truck sits overnight.

For those of you interested in the seat covers: http://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabelas-TrailGear-Seat-Covers/1217826.uts I ordered the tan ones I highly recommend the front covers. If you're not picky about fit then the bench works. Will function great but doesn't fit anywhere near as nice...

    Spin on fuel filter mod

Did the spin on fuel filter mod today. Ill start by saying that everything you need to know about doing this mod can very easily be found by using the search feature and taking some time to sort through the various parts lists other members have provided. I ended up totally hijacking the design...

    M1008 w/ Wrangler Authority tires ?!?

120 is the load index. It corresponds to a figure in pounds that the tire can support at a given air pressure. E is the number plys in the tire. E would be a 10 ply tire. Pretty much all 8 and 10 ply tires are going to have a load index of 120 or higher. Also be sure to get a tire thats "Q"...

Cold starting a m1009 cranks a bit before start.

Ive had my m1009 for a week and half now. Just starting doing the same thing. More or less. Once its been run it will start back up no problem. Let it sit for 8-10 hours and it will fire up with barely any idle then stall. Wait a second then crank at it again for about 10 seconds and it will...

Painted my wheels and NEW RUBBER!

Also it doesnt hurt that the 10.5's were 25 bucks less each than the same tire in a 12.5. $166.99 a tire and Bfgoodrich was running a $50 instant rebate on the total. Good deal.

Painted my wheels and NEW RUBBER!

Nope. Suspension is bone stock. Plan on keeping it that way for awhile. The 10.5 inch wide tires are all you really need for basic 4x4 use. Better in the mud and snow than a 12.5. I dont plan on getting in the sand much. Anything wider and it just starts becoming a dick measuring contest imo. My...

Painted my wheels and NEW RUBBER!

Spent nearly the entire day stripping down the paint on my wheels and re spraying them. Mounted up some fresh BFGoodrich all terrains (33x10.50r15) to go along with the paint 8). It took 4 applications of aircraft remover with a scrub and power washing session between each coat to eat through...

    Paint Prep work?

Im hoping to respray my m1009 before it starts getting cold out. Its a sorta "budget build" so my plan is to rattle can it with rapco paint. As it sits now the factory carc has been painted over (possibly with more carc). However whatever the top coat is, it has been brushed/rolled on and its...

    10 Bolt locking hub engangement?

Spent some time testing out the 4wd last night. After disenganging the hubs and returning to the free position im getting a clicking/chattering noise from the hub assemblies while driving. When they are locked back up it goes away. I havent looked inside them yet. Any ideas on the cause?

    10 Bolt locking hub engangement?

Should there be a nice solid click when turning factory hubs between free and lock? The only other 4x4 I've owned with manual hubs had a noticeable click. The hubs on my recently acquired m1009 have no clicking of any kind.
