Ok. I looked and looked today and was going to change the fuel filter today but I didn't get a chance. I will try it tomorrow. I think I will use a tee so thenoil pressure idiot light will still work and won't be on all the time.
Having trouble find the oil pressure sending unit on my m915a1.I know my engine is the big cam III. I want to install a manual oil pressure gauge and ditch the junk electrical unit. I have looked and looked. It seems that there are 3 difference coolant sending units that I have found. Any help...
I haven't had the need for the brake controller yet but I will run a pig tail from the civy plug behind the and run the wire inside the rails to the rear of the truck where I can plug in the bumpber hitch trailer.
Do the bolts in the top plate bolt to the frame or do they clamp to the frame with another piece of steel that can't be seen.
The look is excellent but I would want to be able to remove it as quick as a 2" receiver
I have been thinking about this for a while now as well. I am going to be installing one in my m915 first and I had the idea to put the cd player and CB in a amo can. that away you can put a lid on it when not in use.
My truck idles fine but rattles everything. I just want something to make it idle a little higher when parked for mor than a few minutes.
My truck also lopes when it is first started. But runs great all of the time. Most all new tractors have the high idle option and just thought it would be a...
is the only filter the one that is on the injector pump? i know there is a contraption on the frame under cab on the drivers side but it doesnt look like it gets changed.
My truck came with only 2 batteries. The truck starts fine but will this give me any trouble down the road with my alternator. Has anyone else run like this for very long or at all?
That's not a good deal at al. I just tightened my fan belts and replaced the water pump belt and idler pulley for the water pump belt. Didn't have any trouble.
Those fan belt bolts are big I didn't think they would break that easy. I used a 3/4 wrench to take mine off. When you decide to take...
Replaced buzzer yesterday only to find out that the new one was bad to or my truck burnt it up too. It would buzz for about 5 seconds and then stop and you could smack it a little and it would start again. always had power to it even when it wasnt buzzing. any ideas on what to check. going to...
Found that low air buzzer is getting power but it is burnt up. It would make a buzz for about a second if you smacked it with a wrench. I took it apart and was hot and had melted part of the housing.
Haven't got to run the truck anymore as the bearing was going out on the idler pulley for the...
Ok so everything tested good. All switches were good. It appears that there is a connection issue somewhere from the wires that to the selector switch to where they run out through the fire wall. It works part of the time and part of the time it doesn't.
Also it seems that the turn signals...

Picked up my new to me truck from Andy in Missouri on Friday. When we got there I test drove the truck. Only thing that didn't work was the Jake brake. We did some testing and here is what we found.
Switch on the injector pump is closing circuit when the pedal is released.
Switch in the floor...
So we made it back!!! Love the truck! Woulda been back sooner but couldn't make up my mind about buying it because the jake brake didn't work and we couldn't get it to work. Hopefully it won't take much but who knows. That will be another thread!
there is a thread on everything that people has used. the turbo i put on mine didnt have numbers on it but it made a world of difference. check out the m818 now with turbo thread.
We are heading out tonite to make our trip to Missouri so we can pickup the M915 from Andy's place. Im sure there will be no trouble along the way but everybody keep us in mind. If anything small needs to be pick-up or dropped off i can possibly do that. Trip will be from Russell Springs Ky, to...
