I sprayed my M1009 5 days ago...Noticed today it still seems "soft" and can be scratched with my fingernail. This normal? Its in a garage kept at 65 degrees. I need to put another coat and wondering if its still to early to do so...Thoughts?
First coat of Sherwin Williams 383 CARC......One more coat to go, tough to cover black camo spots, even when sanded. After that, have Als beige spray in liner, then finish up with my new Softtopper...Should be good to go!

If it wont give you the finish you like, why not use Sherwin Williams 383 carc? In stock, at least at their Brighton location..Buddy shot his buggy with 1 coat and it looks great...Will be using it on mine next month when I get going on it.
Put a drain pug in it while you're at it....Just dont put it where the filter will hit it....I found out the hard way and had to weld the hole I had drilled back up :???:
I went to tractor supply and welded one on the bottom of my hitch..Towed my 17' boat all summer with no problem, contrary to what some here said..I did have one "emergency" (oh ****!) brake application when a teenage pulled out in front of me..Did great...
Yeah Im starting to think that as well...As much as Id like it desert sand...if I didnt have to replace the rockers Id just spray the outside and leave the interior green...But once rockers are replaced, unless you repaint everything it seems it would be obvious there has been a...
