If you say it leaks under a load maybe try revving on the engine with the trans in drive and the brakes on and then look for the leak. Be careful, you don't want to get run over.

The first thing I would check for is if the cable is siezed, broken or just out of adjustment. You can see the lever on the pto move when you move the lever inside the cab.

There should also be a return line off of the injection pump. I had the same problem on a p7100 injection pump which is alot like the ones found on the 6cta motors. All you have to do to verify the overflow valve is good or not is pinch the rubber line with some vice grips and then try to start...

I installed A/C on my m925a1 and without sealing the cab up you could hardly feel the a/c. I took out the floor mat and used 2 layers of hushmat on the floor and parts of the firewall and also the back part with a nice quality carpet on it. I also used an insulation (hotwater heater insulation)...

I am using timken seals. The number is 416654. They worked great on the output shafts and according to the TMs they are they same for the input pinion seal.

Yes these would be the pinion seals.

Well I am fixing a few leaks on the truck (m925a1) and right now I am attempting to do the diff input and output seals. The output seals are easy as they don't require you to remove anything except the nut and flange. The input seals are much harder and I can't figure out how to get to the seal...

I found these on my computer but I can't take any pictures of it now because I don't have the cover on.
