BKubu- That thought crossed my mind, but I think i'll keep it just in case I decide to go back to stock at some point. I made my straight pipe so it clamps in just like the stock muffler does, so it would be an easy switch back if I want.

It's definetely NOT pipe thread, but also not sure what size it is. Mine was leaking badly one day, and all I had were pipe plugs; I drilled it out, re-tapped it NPT, and plugged it.
