After months of work rebuilding brakes , front axle ,installing a new front harness and more to come I got out and worked my truck today . Last picture we are moving roof sections .

So just to update the brakes have been replaced . Diff inspected and new seals and axles installed new airpack master cylinder . Brake switch from what I can tell it was the airpack that had failed .

So far the new front harness is installed. New fenders on , front axle rebuilt instruments back in truck is running , now to tackle the transfer case lever and winch pto both are seized,

All new seals will be going in once the weather breaks I found a supplier for the rivets and a shop here that will turn the drums and set the new linings on for me . I had to deal with this problem first

My new air pack went in easy as well as the new master cylinder I'll try and take pics today but this is what the truck looks like as of yesterday lol

So many little things not hooked up on my truck like the hot water heater etc

Thank you have looked through the TM and lots of schematics. Doesn't actually show the numbers ..

Does anyone know which wires go where on the cold circuit

So I've torn down the donor diff other then the balls dropping out things look good .

It's home trailer rated for 3500 lbs took my time .

Thanks rtk I should have taken it all apart here is what I have on the other side I checked for end play and the end just slid out groan

The other Cap is the same they have torched the splines out and put dust caps over the holes like patracey mentioned . This truck is new to me I did a quick inspection drove it home 30 miles now just fixing . Amazing this seems to have been done buy our good ole Canadian military after they put...
