Just got new master cylinder from a p30 van for my disc conversion and a disc/disc proportioning valve. Also decided to put in some black window cranks from my old s10 to get rid of the chrome
yes i cut the wire on the trailer harness for the right side(green). Then i cut the right side turn signal wire (green) before it going into the plug where it connects to the nato plug. Soldered them together and heat shrunk it. If i ever get a mil trailer ill just solder all three together.
i got this t connector also for a 83 and only my left side works. i hooked it up on the driverside. i find it hard to believe you need to fun a jumper wire to make it work because why else would they sell it if it did not work? anyone have the correct way to fix it?
i use the same antenna and base in the conversion link. it actually works pretty good just used a SWR meter and turned the tuning knob till it was the lowest

i finally got my CB working with my AS-1729/VRC base and antenna. i got a conversion cable with a BNC m on once side and a PL-259 on the other. Im sure the SWR wont be that great but i only will be using this for talking to my friends while wheeling.
So since my shackles were broken guess it cracked the frame too. The top left and Bottom right holes where the bolts go through to the steering box pulled through and left holes. Anyone ever fix this problem? i already ordered the reinforcement plates but still amd kinda of worried.. might just...
