I currently drive this truck everyday. I eventually wanna get lowest gears possible for the 1 ton axles and then
get a doubler 205/203. Idk what to do tho my 6.2 is so slow and in 4wd H barley makes it over trees offroading

okay so i was given a really rusty 82 k30 454 th400 205. im on the fence about switching it out but my 6.2 engine needs a injection pump and some seals.I dont think it would be too hard the engine in the truck has 120mi on it.runs good truck is a rust bucket i will be parting out the rest probably
those are 16.5 steel wheels from a late seventies ford i believe? idk they are really thick steel but arent really as wide as i wanted i didnt wanna use spacers so i got these. im probably going to get recentered hummer wheels eventually.
I ordered pearches from diy4x and welded them on. I measured a lot but first time I was a 8th inch off and too low of a pinion angle. Next time it was perfect no driveline vibrations. I had access to a lift and let the pearches just touch the springs and used a hammer to get each side equal to...
this is my m1009 shackle flip in the rear,4 inch hd springs in front.crossover steering,36/12.50 hummer tires, Stainles steel brake lines, disc brake conversion in rear, m1008 axles, u bolt plate flip in rear, prob more im forgetting. thanks for looking
i can see the bottom on the spindle moving in and out when i pull on my tire so i guess i need to rebuild my king pins too. i just am curious weather u need to replace the bottom kingpin/cap and everything or are the usually ok to reuse?

i changed the sending unit to a normail civi one without the extra port and now when i tried to fill the tank it over flows out the vent is on and tight idk what happened any input?
they did not come with a paper and i guess i did get oversize ones but it was the only ones napa said they had it was hard to get off the original ones.
i need help asap i put a dana 60 in my m1009 and i cant seem to get the caliper wedge or whatever u would call it to go in. do u hammer them from the outside in or inside out? i got the new wedges from napa but the springs the go under dont even fit under thanks for any help
