My CTIS still functions. Tire seems to be holding air overnight. I think the temperature has a lot to do with it. I'm going to change out o-ring next and may shim cap internally. I would like to just switch out though. Thanks

I cleaned it up and reassembled to no avail. Would you happen to have the regular ones? I have two of this type on the truck and would like to replace both. If you or anyone else can help, please let me know.

Cold weather is here and last night my rear tire went flat. I let the ctis air up the tire then took a spay bottle to it and found the leak at the screw adjustment at the angle valve. I turned screw and deflated tire. I disassembled cap and found valve and o-ring. Looked for info with no luck...
Great thread! Having a bicycle had me laughing out loud. We have had ours for 2 years now and it works weekly. Good luck to you.

Ended up spending 63 days camping out of the 250 as we built a cabin and camp. It sets for guests. The project opened up a whole new freedom.

Awaiting discovery, but willing to bet it is CTIS. My 1078 blew a rear pinon seal just after we bought it, same scenario as yours. Temperature in the 20's 1.5 miles from house and POW! High pressure blow from pinion diff fluid everywhere. Unhooked the CTIS and used that for a reason to do so...
Mine has the C also and the other logo stamp you have to the far left. I bought my truck as advertised as a rebuild. It was inspected before auction and verified to have a new engine and trans. It may have something to do with that.
It hooks into the front wall to a horizontal bracket. The poll unscrews in the front bottom of the table. It will lay flat on the floor. With the wings folded under, it is only 1 1/2`` tall.
Table with fold under wings that span over to wheel well sections.
Table unfolded. Cabinet in the bottom front of the unit supports the front side of the bed and a 1" steel rod supports the rear side of the bed.
We scored a S250g with heater out of PA with no signs of use. We brought it back home to convert it into a camper. Dimensions fit a 2012 F250 short bed for use. We have been documenting with pictures, figure we would share as we go.
Painting old service bodies I clean with spray Mr. Clean and use Delfleet Essential from PPG Always have superior coverage and the paint holds up very well in commercial use.
