    So are you saying that the surging during idle, and running strong on the highway is a symptom exibited by ****ed injector pumps??? Is that what they do???? or is this hypothisis based on the fact that I stated im using wvo in my fuel.?

    PS Im definatly am not an expert. I have a prefilter heater/ water seperator before the stock filter in my truck... I usually filter down to 10 microns. Run alternate fuels at your own risk.

    Glad i found this thread. I too have had a loss of power....I removed one injector and have a little carbon. I cleaned it and put it back in. I am wondering if i could remove all my injectors and clean them if they have the carbon deposits???

    I have a webb 525, fuel heater, filter, and water seperator. It is a self cleaning filter.. well you crack a ball valve at the bottom and all the water and junk fall out. it is 30 microns before the stock filter.

    no clicking with new glow plugs

    Update October I did the 12v bypass and replaced my burnt up AC60s with new ones. The GP relay comes on with the turn of the key and stays on for ?? 20seconds or so. Then off. No Cycling. Just turns off. Now time to work on Control card? or is it due to the 12v bypass?

    running poorly, lack of power, black smoke, at higher rpm. sluggish

    today: harbor frieght deep sockets 30mm Check Injector out Check magnet, compressed air, shop vac, 1/2 tube vacume out pre-chaimber. Check No tip. Also my Bosch injector tip looks a little crudy. Is this a problem.? Cleaning and will re-install.

    Ok im a little clueless to exactly what the pre-chamber is. Do I need to rotate the engine till the piston raises up/ or is there a whole different compartement before the cylinder? i got my injector out. shop vaced put a 1/2 inch hose vac down the hole. magnet.     yes that was my story. OK so here is the temp sensor on top drivers side. The plug just spins. Now I have to figure out how to unplug it without breaking it. here are my Pics. How do I test it? Do i need to remove it? How many Ohms is there supose to be??
