Yeah I agree with m16ty. I've had similar experience with Auto Zone. Napa might be able to and they usually have fairly knowledgeable employees. Otherwise check the yellow pages for a Charging/Starting specialists.
I just took the green machine out for a little drive today and when I parked it I noticed a little drip spot, it was fuel. Upon further searching I traced the leak to a unit bolted on the front, bottom passenger side of the engine. Is that the lift pump? I'm not sure if the leak is from the hose...

Serioously though, definitely check all electrical components, especially connectors and splices. Get a good multi-meter.
But if you are converting it to gas you might as well swap out...

Yeah I need to find some Michelin XL/XLZ's!! But I first have to fix the leak on the filter base at the pressure sensor. And the harmonic balancer.
Anyone know where I can get a balancer/dampner?

Well I just got my M1008 back from my house at college...we'll see if my neighbors like it, seeing as most of them are new since it's been away. Haha.
