See post #18 in this thread....I posted that diagram already.

Josh, I bet the primary filter is full of (now frozen) water....blocking fuel flow. It's important to drain them before it gets down to freezing. Now that it's warmer, I would drain all of them and see what comes out. Use an old glass jar or something so it's easy to see what came out.
Are...
It was down to 8-10 degrees this week in PDX....it does get cold here sometimes.
I agree though...while cold, it should have started (Mine did) with little trouble. Something else is going on. Maybe gelled fuel?
The parking brake is just that...a parking brake. Using it to try and stop a moving vehicle only makes a lot of smoke. Try it sometime....it's useless to stop from any speed. Downshifting is really your only hope.
See my post earlier in this thread about all of the new parts needed to make...
Here's the info you need:

If you need parts or a new one, you can order them from these folks (or a supplier)
Electroline (these are the manufacturers of the original equipment used by the military). I bought a few a while back and they are 100%...
Hey Mark,
Sorry to hear about your spontaneous block ventilation. :( That winch driveshaft image is pretty amazing....think of the velocity of those parts to bend that thing! (I bet it could be salvaged by taking it to a driveshaft shop and have them cut off the ends and weld in a new shaft...
Assuming it's a gasser, make sure the float on the carb is working, and that it's not filled with goo/water/bad gas.
A gas engine will run as long as it turns, has spark, and has fuel. Assuming that it runs on ether OK, then it's a fuel problem. Assuming the fuel pump is working (as you...
You are infected with a trojan of some kind. You will need to deal with that soon as it is most likely sending way more information than you want out the network port of that machine.
Seriously....go look into something like AdAware. You need to get that system locked down quickly.
The upgrade should be simple. Externally they are nearly identical.
Make sure the 318 exhaust manifolds are properly sized and matched for the 360 heads (or better yet see if you can re-use the 360 manifolds if at all possible).
Of course the 360 will need a bigger carb (or at least some...
Not sure if this is still and issue for you, but: Get yourself a set of left handed drill bits for removing broken bolts. 9 out of 10 times, the bit will grab the inside of the bolt about 1/2 way though the drilling process and back it out. They really are slick. I use them all the time.
That sucks that it's rusty....but it is still usable. I'd just go with it...
Here's an option for you...see if any of your local exhaust shops can recommend any shops locally that do ceramic coatings. Spending the $$$ now will ensure that this pipe will be the last one you ever need to buy...
Check out this thread (post #10) for a quick diagram of what would be involved in 'retro-fitting' a split brake system from a later model A2 or A3:

It's a lot of work to make it work right...let's make...
