i was under the impression there was only one kind of c turbo

i just installed a new rebuilt whistler turbo and installed it on my deuce form Boyce Equipment. for some reason it doesn't whistle as loud as some of the ones i heard. i am concerned i installed it wrong or there is something else i have to do to make it louder. any help appreciated thank you

I am 18 years old and i was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to make my turbo whistle. My dad says if it was meant to whistle it would have been made that way i beg to differ. Any help is appreciated.
