The top of the primary filter housing should be above the top of the tank. When you pull the bolt out of the top of the filter housing it should break the siphon and the fuel will stop flowing. Also crack the fuel lid to make sure the sun hasn't been building pressure in the tank.
I'm pretty sure CO2 is inert. It will make the welds penetrate deeper so it wouldn't be ideal for body work. For learning to do MIG, and small projects around the house I would recommend Argon/CO2 mix. Unless you are going to be doing a lot of heavy steel work and going through a lot of gas...
The metric measurement is 3 numbers (width in mm/aspect ratio in %/rim diameter ie: 395/85/20)
Inch tire size is also generally 3 numbers (height in inches/width in inches/rim diameter ie: 46x15.5-20)
Military sizes like 9.00 and 14.5x20 have the aspect ratio based on decimal places 2 digits...
For a stock M105a2 just the service side. The emergency valve should be off unless you connect a brake hose to it. The M105a2c would require both to be hooked up and turned on. I'm assuming you only have one air line coming from the trailer?
Wow Peashooter that looks great! It seems your attention to detail has touched every part of this build! I have a lot of questions, but I'll let you fill in some of the blanks first.
Does anyone else own any of the Milwaukee M12 series tools? I'm thinking of consolidating my battery operated toys into one brand for battery interchangeability. 12V is more favorable in my opinion due to the fact that they are fairly easily convertible to a corded tool.

:ditto: Going to a double shear pulley mount would also be an added bonus. That looks way more convenient than taking a wrecker everywhere you might want to drop the box. Very nice design and execution.
